Deliverect Review 2027: POS Integration, Pricing and Verdict

How we make money: CanComCo earns a commission from some POS and payments vendors when a business we refer signs up. Commission never changes a rating or a score we publish.

Deliverect is not on our recommended list. We review it because readers ask about it, and we link to it so you can check our figures. We do not place it in any shortlist or top-picks table on this site.

Deliverect Pricing: What You'll Actually Pay

We cannot tell you, and neither can Deliverect's website. This section exists because the absence is the finding.

What Deliverect publishes

ItemStatus
Plan pricesNone. No plan name carries a figure.
Setup or onboarding feeNone published.
Contract term and notice periodNone published.
Early termination feeNone published.
Free trial lengthNone published. Capterra records a trial as available without stating a length.
CurrencyNone. There is no figure to denominate.
How price is setDeliverect states that location, the scale of your digital operations, number of locations and the solution you pick all affect cost, and offers a personalized quote.

Payment processing

Not applicable. Deliverect is middleware and does not process card payments, so there is no in-person, online or keyed rate to publish and none is expected. Capterra names Stripe Payments among its integrations, so card processing stays with your existing processor.

Hardware

None. Deliverect sells no terminal, reader, printer or drawer. It runs against the POS and hardware you already own, which is the entire premise of the product, so there is no hardware cost and nothing to depreciate.

Real monthly cost

REAL MONTHLY COST

This is the one page on this site where we cannot give you a number.

Deliverect publishes no price, no setup fee, no contract term and no trial length. A reader cannot budget for this product, compare it against an alternative, or work out a payback period from public information.

Ask for all six of these in writing before you sign:

1. The monthly or annual fee, per location, for the exact solution lines you need

2. The onboarding or implementation fee, and who does the integration work

3. The contract term and the notice period

4. The renewal clause, and whether renewal is automatic

5. The cancellation process and any early termination fee

6. Whether invoices are visible in the portal

Items 3 through 6 matter more here than on any other page of this site. The recurring complaint themes across Trustpilot concern billing and cancellation, not features.

Deliverect Features: What Works and What Doesn't

Written from Deliverect's published pages and from aggregate customer review data on G2, Capterra and Trustpilot. No one at CanComCo has operated this product.

What it actually does

Deliverect is not a POS and should not be compared to one. It sits between the channels customers order through and the POS your staff already use, pulling orders in so they do not have to be re-keyed and pushing menu changes out so they do not have to be maintained four times. For a multi-site operator running several aggregators, that is a genuine and expensive problem, and consolidating it is a sound idea. Judge the product on execution, not on premise.

Solution lines

Deliverect sells well beyond the single integration product. Its pricing page names Restaurants, Retail, Direct, Dispatch, Table Ordering, Kiosk, Deliverect AI, Sentinel, Dpay, the Delivery Manager App, the Courier App and the Quest App. None of them carries a price. A buyer cannot tell which lines are included in a quote and which are separate, so get the list of exactly what you are buying written into the contract.

POS and channel integrations

Capterra's listing says Deliverect connects natively to over 20 integrations and names eight: Stripe Payments, OpenTable, WooCommerce, Restroworks, Clover, Toast POS, TouchBistro and Revel Systems. The four POS names matter, because if you run one of those, Deliverect has a documented path to it. Deliverect's own pricing page claims over 1,000 integration partners. That is a vendor claim and we read no public directory supporting it, so treat the 1,000 and the 20 as two different kinds of number.

Reporting and API

A real-time reporting dashboard and API access are both documented. G2's own comparison module scores Deliverect 4.2 out of 10 on meeting requirements and 5.8 on usability, and publishes no score at all for ease of setup, ease of admin or ease of doing business with. Those three gaps sit directly over the parts of this product a buyer would most want measured.

What is not confirmed

Menu and product catalog management, product variants, barcode scanning, tip management, kitchen display integration, appointment booking, customer profiles and CRM, loyalty, gift cards, employee time tracking, multi-user permissions, offline mode and multi-currency are all absent from the material we read. Deliverect's uptime claim of 99.998%, its 52 countries, 50,000 locations and 1,000+ brands are its own published figures and we found no independent confirmation of any of them.

Integrations and solution lines verified November 4, 2026 against Capterra and deliverect.com/en/pricing.

Hardware and Setup

There is no Deliverect hardware. No terminal, no reader, no printer, no cash drawer, and no bring-your-own-device question to answer, because the product runs against the POS and hardware you already own. That is the premise, not a gap.

Setup is the thing to plan for instead. Deliverect publishes no implementation timeline, so we give none. What the public review record does show is that onboarding is the stage where things go wrong: rushed implementations, launches before menus were ready, and integration problems with delivery platforms and POS systems recur across recent Trustpilot reviews. Before you sign, establish who performs the integration, how long it is expected to take, what happens if it overruns, and what the fee covers. Deliverect publishes answers to none of those.

Customer Support: What to Expect When Things Break

Put the claim and the score side by side, because they do not agree.

What the listing claims. Capterra's vendor listing for Deliverect claims Email and Help Desk, FAQs and Forum, Knowledge Base, Phone Support, Chat, and a 24/7 live representative. Training options claimed are In Person, Live Online, Webinars, Documentation and Videos.

What the score says. Capterra rates Deliverect's Customer Service 2.3 out of 5 from 11 reviews. G2's comparison module scores quality of support 4.4 out of 10. Recent Trustpilot reviewers describe long waits, reliance on chat and automated responses, and little phone access, which is the opposite of what a 24/7 live representative implies.

One point in Deliverect's favor. Its Trustpilot profile has been claimed since February 2022, and the company replies to roughly 90% of negative reviews there, typically within 48 hours. Many replies are templated and redirect the reviewer to contact the company directly, but a 90% reply rate is high. For comparison, Clover replies to 3% of its negative Trustpilot reviews.

Deliverect publishes no support hours, no language list, no escalation path and no status page on its own pages.

Deliverect Pros and Cons

Pros

  • The problem it solves is real and expensive. A restaurant on four aggregators runs four tablets, re-keys orders and maintains four menus. Consolidating that into one POS is worth paying for.
  • No hardware cost and no hardware lock-in. It runs against the POS you already own, so there is no terminal to buy and nothing to depreciate.
  • Documented paths to four POS systems we review. Capterra names Clover, Toast POS, TouchBistro and Revel Systems among its integrations.
  • API access and real-time reporting are documented. For an operator with technical capacity, that is the difference between a tool and a black box.
  • The company engages with criticism. It replies to about 90% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually within 48 hours. Most vendors we review do not.
  • Breadth of solution lines. Twelve named lines spanning restaurants, retail, direct ordering, dispatch, kiosk and table ordering, if you need more than channel consolidation.

Cons

  • 2.4 / 5, the lowest rating on this site, and the sources agree. G2 2.3 from 6, Capterra 2.5 from 11, Trustpilot 2.8 from 329. Independent samples of very different sizes landing in the same place is harder to dismiss than one bad score.
  • Six of eleven Capterra reviews are one star. The distribution is 2 five-star, 3 four-star, nothing in the middle, and 6 one-star. Opinions split to the ends rather than clustering.
  • Value for money scores 2.2, the lowest category. Against a product that publishes no price at all.
  • No published price, term, trial length or cancellation policy. Six separate things a buyer needs are all absent from the vendor's own pricing page.
  • The support claim and the support score contradict each other. A claimed 24/7 live representative against a Capterra Customer Service score of 2.3 and a G2 support score of 4.4 out of 10.
  • Billing and cancellation are the recurring complaint themes, not features. Across recent Trustpilot reviews, the pattern is charges for services reviewers say they did not knowingly order, and difficulty cancelling or obtaining refunds. That is a contract risk, not a product limitation, and it is why the six questions in Section 3 matter.

This profile suits a multi-site operator with technical staff and a lawyer reading the contract. It frustrates an independent restaurant onboarding itself, and it is a poor fit for anyone who needs certainty about what they will pay and how they will exit.

How the 2.4 was calculated: the unweighted mean of the product-specific published scores. G2 2.3 + Capterra 2.5 = 4.8, divided by 2 = 2.4. Trustpilot is excluded because its page rates the company rather than the product.

Why Trustpilot's 2.8 is lower than its own distribution suggests. Take the percentages at face value and the simple mean is 3.74: (0.64 x 5) + (0.03 x 4) + (0.03 x 3) + (0.03 x 2) + (0.27 x 1) = 3.2 + 0.12 + 0.09 + 0.06 + 0.27. Trustpilot's published TrustScore is 2.8, nearly a full point lower, because the TrustScore weights reviews rather than averaging them flat. Quote either number and you mislead; the useful fact is the shape, 64% at five stars against 27% at one, with almost nothing between.

Recurring themes across recent Trustpilot reviews

  • Onboarding. Implementations described as rushed or launched before menus were ready, causing disruption at go-live.
  • Billing. Charges for services reviewers say they did not knowingly order or use, and difficulty obtaining refunds or cancelling.
  • Support responsiveness. Long waits, reliance on chat and automated replies, and little phone access, against a claimed 24/7 live representative.
  • Integrations. Problems connecting to delivery platforms and to POS systems.
  • The positive side. Reviewers who praise it describe support staff as patient and professional, and value the platform for managing menus and consolidating orders across locations.

Themes summarized from the Trustpilot review page in our own words. We publish no individual reviewer's name or wording.

Alternatives to Deliverect

Deliverect is not on our recommended list, so this section matters more than usual. Scores verified on G2, November 4, 2026.

  • Owner.com

Consider this if you are an independent restaurant and the goal is to depend on aggregators less rather than manage them better.

G2 scores it 4.8 from 448 reviews, and G2's own comparison module rates it above Deliverect on all three measures it publishes for both: meeting requirements 9.3 against 4.2, usability 9.5 against 5.8, and support 9.6 against 4.4, each out of 10. You give up: aggregator consolidation itself, because Owner.com is a direct ordering platform, not middleware. Data caveat: G2's own page states Owner.com's review count as 448 in its listing and 393 in its FAQ.

Pricing not researched for this review.

  • UrbanPiper

Consider this as the closest like-for-like aggregator middleware.

G2 scores it 4.6 from 57 reviews, both a higher score and a sample nearly ten times Deliverect's six. You give up: unknown. We did not research UrbanPiper's pricing, country coverage or integration list, so verify all three against your own POS and aggregators before shortlisting it.

Pricing not researched for this review.

  • Your existing POS vendor's own online ordering

Consider this first, before buying any middleware at all.

If the POS you already run sells online ordering natively, that removes the middleware layer, its contract and its separate support queue in one step. One vendor, one bill, one place to escalate. You give up: breadth. A POS vendor's built-in ordering usually connects to fewer aggregators than dedicated middleware. Ask your POS vendor for its exact aggregator list and compare it to the channels you actually take orders on before assuming parity. We did not verify any individual POS vendor's ordering capability for this review.

Deliverect FAQ

Is Deliverect a POS system?

No. Deliverect is middleware. It connects online ordering channels to a point of sale you already own, pulling orders in and pushing menus out. If you need a till, this is not that product.

How much does Deliverect cost?

Deliverect publishes no price. Its pricing page carries no plan price, setup fee, contract term, trial length or currency. Cost is quoted per business, and Deliverect says location, the scale of your digital operations, number of locations and the solution lines you choose all affect it.

Does Deliverect have a free trial?

Capterra records a free trial as available but states no length, and Deliverect publishes none on its own pages. There is no free version. Do not plan around a trial length until Deliverect confirms one in writing.

What POS systems does Deliverect integrate with?

Capterra says over 20 native integrations and names eight: Stripe Payments, OpenTable, WooCommerce, Restroworks, Clover, Toast POS, TouchBistro and Revel Systems. Deliverect's own pricing page claims over 1,000 integration partners, which we could not independently confirm.

Why is Deliverect's rating so low?

Three independent platforms score it in the same range: G2 2.3 from 6 reviews, Capterra 2.5 from 11, Trustpilot 2.8 from 329. On Capterra, 6 of 11 reviews are one star. Recent Trustpilot complaint themes concern onboarding, billing, cancellation and support responsiveness rather than missing features.

Does Deliverect offer 24/7 support?

Capterra's vendor listing claims a 24/7 live representative along with phone, chat, email and a knowledge base. Capterra's own Customer Service score for Deliverect is 2.3 out of 5 from 11 reviews, and G2 scores quality of support 4.4 out of 10. Treat the claim as unverified and ask for a support SLA in writing.

What should I check before signing a Deliverect contract?

Six things, none of them published: the fee per location for your exact solution lines, the onboarding fee and who does the work, the contract term and notice period, whether renewal is automatic, the cancellation process and any termination fee, and whether invoices are visible in your portal.

What countries does Deliverect operate in?

Deliverect's pricing page claims 52 countries and 50,000 locations. No country list is published, and both figures are the vendor's own. Confirm coverage for your market and your aggregators directly.

Is Deliverect Right for Your Business?

The premise is sound and the execution is what the scores are judging. Running four aggregator tablets and four menus costs a multi-site operator real money, and collapsing that into the POS you already own is worth paying for. Deliverect sells no hardware, documents paths to Clover, Toast, TouchBistro and Revel, offers API access and real-time reporting, and engages with its critics more than most vendors we review, replying to around 90% of negative Trustpilot reviews within two days.

The case against is that three independent platforms, with samples of 6, 11 and 329, all land between 2.3 and 2.8. Capterra's Value for Money score is 2.2 for a product that publishes no price, no contract term, no trial length and no cancellation policy. The recurring complaint themes are onboarding, billing and cancellation rather than missing features, which makes this a contract-risk decision more than a product decision. If you are an independent restaurant planning to onboard yourself, the public record points the other way. If you are a multi-site operator with technical staff, take the six questions in Section 3 to the sales call and do not sign until all six are answered in writing.
